Details: To start off this list, we’ve got a garden apartment in Grand Boulevard. The four-unit property has a chef-quality kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar island. Typically garden units don’t get a lot of natural light and have low ceilings because they’re on the lowest level, but fortunately this one went through a full gut rehab that brings in a fresh feel.
