Residential brokerage @properties hired Stephanie Szigetvari and Jim Barcelona as vice presidents of brokerage services.
Szigetvari joins the firm from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she managed the Arlington Heights office. The 31-year industry veteran will lead a new 3,800-square-foot @properties Arlington Heights office at 31 South Evergreen Avenue. Barcelona also joins from Coldwell Banker. He will focus on the company’s expansion in the western suburbs, where the brokerage said it plans to open a new office this summer.
Compass opened two new Chicago offices at 20 West Kinzie Street in River North and 1643 North Milwaukee Avenue in Bucktown. The 12,000-square-foot River North office will house 120 employees and agents including Joanne Nemerovski, the Duong Kim Team, Jeremiah Fisher and Pamela Linn. The 4,000-square-foot Bucktown office will have about 50 employees and agents, including Melanie Giglio’s team and the Mitrick Wood team.
CA Ventures, a Chicago-based real estate investment company, hired Peter Isaac as executive vice president of public-private partnerships. Isaac most recently worked at Washington, D.C.-based program management firm Brailsford & Dunlavey, where he was vice president of public-private partnerships.
Chicago-based Mid-America Real Estate hired Chelsey Ginder as vice president in its single tenant net lease investment sales team. Prior to joining Mid-America, she was vice president of multi-tenant retail, office and industrial acquisitions at VEREIT.Recommend0 recommendationsPublished in
