Finally, we end with this renovated historic home in Lakeview. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence comes with original features such as the oak staircase, wooden doors, crown, and floor moldings, and the master bedroom’s parquet floor. The kitchen has had some serious upgrades with an Aga stove, customized copper range hood, and a copper farmers sink. The fireplaces don’t work, but are quite pretty. It wants $800,000.
